Shipping policy
We like to keep things simple. Enjoy free delivery on all orders of R750 or more.
DELIVERY TIMES
We deliver Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 17:00.
Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 working days from the time your order is placed and payment is received.
We don’t deliver on weekends or public holidays, but we’ll always do our best to get your order to you within the stated timeframe.

Orders over R1000: Free delivery

Orders under R1000: Flat delivery fee of R100
Almost Monday reserves the right to limit quantities of any items sold through our online store.
AVAILABILITY OF GOODS
Occasionally, an item may be temporarily out of stock.
If we’re unable to deliver your order within the expected timeframe, we’ll contact you to make alternative arrangements or, if needed, arrange a refund.
LOCAL DELIVERIES
The above pricing pertains to the Republic of South Africa only, should you wish to order from outside the RSA, kindly email us for the delivery charges.
For verification purposes, the person accepting delivery may be asked to present identification. Anyone receiving the order at the delivery address is assumed to be authorised to do so on your behalf.
MISSED DELIVERIES
If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier will retain the parcel and leave a notification at the delivery address. They’ll then attempt to contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time.
Please ensure that you or an authorised representative is available to receive your order and that suitable access is provided.
On delivery, a signature and printed name will be required to confirm receipt. We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee if re-delivery is required. Our liability for delayed delivery is limited to delivery taking place at a later agreed time, at no additional charge.
