Refund policy

Thanks for shopping with Almost Monday.

We want you feeling very happy, very healthy and very confident about your purchase. If something's not quite right, here's how we'll sort it out.

CHANGED YOUR MIND? (It happens)

You've got 7 days from delivery to cancel your order. Please see the non-returnable items listed below.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, with the original packaging and tamper-proof seals in place
  • Proof of purchase is required

Return shipping costs are for your account. Once we've received your return, we'll refund you in full.

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ORDERS (Not the dream scenario)

Please check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email hello@almost-monday.com within 6 months of delivery. We'll arrange the return at our cost and, your choice, replace it, repair it where that makes sense, or refund you in full.

This applies to everything, including sale and clearance items.

HOW RETURNS WORK (Please read this part)

Before sending anything back, pause. Email hello@almost-monday.com first and our team will:

  • Confirm your return
  • Walk you through the next steps
  • Tell you exactly where and how to send your item back

SUBSCRIPTIONS

You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date by emailing hello@almost-monday.com. Once a subscription order has shipped, the terms above apply to it.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items, unless they are damaged, faulty or incorrect

EXCHANGES (Second chances allowed)

If you'd like to swap for a different product, get in touch. Once your return is received, we'll help you with the next steps.

REFUNDS (The final step)

  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • We process refunds within 30 days of your cancellation or confirmed return, usually much sooner
  • Please allow 3 to 12 business days for it to reflect, since banks move at their own pace

YOUR RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.
